Weiß nicht viel mehr dazu als da schon steht. Lag mal in Beaulieu war gar nicht arg teuer. Hat jemand gekauft der den Namen eines großen kräftigen Tieres trägt
> Dear Bryan, > pease see attached photos, i think it was in your book that is something written about a supercharged flattwin using two 250-heads. could this be that engine? > best regards > Andreas
Dear Andreas, This engine is not Rudge, but an experiment by an inventor, who was trying out a two stroke with valves. Some years ago I supplied many of thevalve gear items for the cylinder heads, which are the only original Rudge parts on the engine. Regards, Bryan.
last weeks I have dismantled the engine for cleaning, next days I will make more pictures. I don’t think the engine was produced and develop from a single inventor, the parts looks very professional and too expensive for a one man band show. Possible the engine was develop from/with a industrial company. I have two spare cams, two pistons and con rods come with the engine but the pre owner don’t find them at the moment in his stock. I dont believe a inventor produce spares.
Rudge standard parts:
-con rods, new and polished -big ends bearing, new -oil pumps, new -to fly wheels, new -push rods, new -cylinder heads, new -Pinion oil pump drive, new
